Studio Legale Padovan and Clifford Chance have secured a second major Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) offering this week. Banca Popolare di Cividale was the issuer of the notes, which has a limit of €800m. Natixis was the arranger. Padovan was counsel to Banca Polpolare and Clifford Chance for Natixis. Earlier this week the two worked on the €2bn EMTN offering by Cassa di Risparmio di Ferrara.
