Five rock bands from Spain's leading law firms took the stage on June 17 in Madrid for a charity fund-raising concert.

 

The €49,719 raised will go to the Kostka Project, a volunteer programme helping children under three years of age who live with their mothers in prison.

The Rock in Law project started in Lisbon in 2009, when several law firms organized a fund-raising concert in which rock bands formed by the firms’ lawyers took part.

 

Lawyers from Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira, Garrigues, Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, Uría Menéndez, Clifford Chance and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer all participated.
