Former Magisters head of tax Oleh Marchenko (pictured) has founded Ulysses, a Kyiv-based law firm built around Magisters' outgoing tax practice. Marchenko left Magisters in March of this year.

Ulysses – represented by Marchenko and three other partners: Anna Zorya, Vladyslav Chervinsky and Volodymyr Podolin – announced the opening of its Kyiv office and aims to create a full-service law firm. The focus will be on its corporate, financial, litigation and tax practices....
