Italian independents Legance and Libonati Jaeger joined DLA Piper, Clifford Chance and Dewey & LeBoeuf to refinance a €1.69bn credit facility in connection with CityLife, a €2.1bn real estate development project in Milan. CityLife – a project company owned by Allianz, Generali and Immobiliare Milano Assicurazioni – is one of the biggest real estate development projects in Europe, involving some of the world's most renowned architects.
