Proskauer Rose has hired former SJ Berwin counsel Caroline Chabrerie. Chabrerie joins the firm today (3 September) to work on M&A and private equity matters. While at SJ she worked for CDC Enterprises on the Cine Invest French film fund and also advised AXA Private Equity on its LBO of Benedicta.
